Facilities
Unlike
typical consumer surveys, ERISS business surveys are multidimensional
with too many variables to be handled by anything but experienced, dedicated
in-house staff supported by a host of flexible special-purpose systems.
Consequently,
we toured some of the biggest and most efficient survey operations in
the US in order to build our own. The result is a state-of-the-art facility
with 120 CATI stations, silent monitoring and data validation and verifications
systems.
Our facilities
include separate training areas, a raised monitoring bridge, debriefing
rooms and extensive QA facilities and systems.
From these
facilities we can process in excess of 12,500 calls a day, covering
even the largest of areas in a remarkably short period of time.

On this
tour, you will get to meet the operations staff that will direct
your survey, the QA team that will work on the data and the scientists
that will help answer any questions you have and show you what miracles
you can work with the data on the other end. You will also get so see
and listen in on live surveys so you get a sense of what business respondents
will be experiencing. Lastly, our team will take you through the checklist
a full survey project goes through to help prepare you for your own
project.
