The
requirement for speed, volume and accuracy makes it impractical
to deploy anything but a sophisticated CATI (Computer Aided Telephone
Interviewing) systems for NCBER-style census projects.
Since
no off-the-shelf system can handle the combination of massive
amounts of real-time data flows, dynamic targeting requirements,
customization and extreme complexities inherent in NCBER-type
census projects, we have developed our own systems from the ground
up.
Since
1996, we have spent tens of thousands of man-hours and millions
in R&D to perfect systems that today is recognized as incredibly
flexible and efficient business intelligence collection systems.
