The NCBER Census Data is distributed using our Real-Time Intelligence System (RIS). The RIS makes it easy to integrate the NCBER data in your daily operations and it works as an adjunct to your existing CRM or SFA management systems.
The RIS is a web and email-based data delivery system hosted by NCBER. All profiles are automatically emailed to designated business development officers or brokers. Each email contains links to the specific profile in the RIS application. As such, the only technology required for your front line staff to access the data in real-time is an email client and outside Internet connection.
Getting Your Front Line Staff Set Up to Use the System
- Provide NCBER with a list of users you want to have access to the RIS information. You can either use an NCBER provided spreadsheet or our interactive on-line application to enter the user information.
For each user, list the following:
- Name, user id, password, email address, and staff level (manager or non-manager). Optionally, you may enter supervisor name and email address (the supervisor will then be copied on all emailed leads)
- Lead criteria, which may be described in terms of industry, revenue size, zip codes and opportunity type.
That is it! NCBER does the rest.After verification, the NCBER email notification system will now send lead profiles directly from the data collection source (after quality control) to the inbox of the appropriate representatives on your front lines.
The user simply clicks on the listed company name that is emailed to him or her. The user is then automatically logged in to the RIS and taken to the complete profile of the company that responded to the survey.
Everything your line staff needs to make the call is right there on the Lead Sheet.
The Lead sheet includes a simple CRM function that allows your team to record lead disposition (Hot, Cold, Closed, etc.) as well as comments that other team members can view.
Managers can view dynamic usage and summary reports online.
