Integration and Connectivity
SARA can be deployed as a stand-alone application or as a seamless extension to virtually any case management system (CMS) without requiring modification to the existing CMS.
We provide an API that allows you to connect SARA to any case management (CMS) system simply, securely and without modifications to the CMS.
With our API, clients entered into your CMS automatically appear in SARA for processing, and all information generated by SARA automatically appears in your CMS. No double entry is required. Client status changes in your CMS automatically updates SARA for status-specific processing.
In addition, SARA is SSO (Single Sign-On) compliant and all of her functionality can be exposed directly in the target CMS.
But there is more… Any of your stakeholders or sister agencies who also use SARA can seamlessly exchange critical co-enrolled client information with you and vice versa. SARA automatically recognizes co-enrolled clients and knows what information to exchange in order to keep everyone playing from the same sheet of music. Best of all, virtually the only additional work required is a data sharing agreement between the affected agencies.
Security
SARA is a cloud-based Software as a Service application, residing on dedicated servers at a top-rated, ultra-secure Tier IV data center in San Diego, California (AIS Data Centers – http://www.americanis.net). All communications to and from SARA take place via encrypted, point-to-point HTTPS on port 443 using 256-bit, public SSL certificates. Incoming and outgoing emails are processed via TLS and SSL using AWS SES servers.
Direct access to the SARA servers is only possible via secure VPN by authorized staff.
PII data is stored encrypted using 256-bit encryption algorithms with the key stored outside the database.
